Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Shiraz is first aged in traditional wine barrels, before being finished in used Scotch whisky barrels. Full depth crimson with bright purple highlights in colour, the wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, vanilla and waffle cone with smoky peat notes. This Shiraz has a complex palate of plum, blackberry and vanilla with charry notes and a beautiful soft finish. Pair this wine with pan seared scotch fillet of beef wrapped in smoky bacon.
