Dark’n’Stormy
Ingredients

150ml alcoholic ginger beer
-
30ml of dark rum
-
2 dashes Angostura bitters
-
10ml lime juice
-
Ice Cubes
-
Lime wedge to garnish
Method

Fill a highball or tall glass with ice.

Pour in the dark rum, ginger ale, lime juice and bitters.

Stir, then garnish with a lime wedge.
Optional:
Swap the dark rum and bitters for a quality spiced rum.
Ginger Fizz
Ingredients

150ml alcoholic ginger beer

30ml Dry Gin

Squeezed juice from 2 lime wedges

Cubed ice
-
mint
Method

Fill a highball or tall glass with ice.

Pour in the gin, ginger ale and squeezed lime juice.

Stir, then garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
Optional:
Add 15ml of elderflower liqueur or cordial for an added hit of sweet floral flavour.
